I splash my face with cold water and then I run on the treadmill for 30 minutes!. The endorphin rush gives me a high and totally wakes me up!. It also gives me energy to get through the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

instead of drinking coffee (not tht u do im just saying)
but eating an apple wakes you up more than the caffine in coffee

so yea

and jogging wakes you up tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
