does yoga really help, or its just for some people!?

Yoga is a great way to improve your posture!. Yoga can help you be more balanced and to help build muscle!.And when you have more muscle you can burn weight faster, and build up your metabolism!. Yoga is harder than you think, but is great exercise!. Before you do yoga you feel real stiff, and not in control of your body!. But after you feel stretched out and really great and tall!. But the next day you might feel sore, but that's just because you used muscles you do not use a lot!.
Yoga is very relaxing !. It has changed my way of thinking because i see every day activities in my control because i can control my body!. It has changed my life a ton!. While i am doing yoga is feel so balanced and like i am the only one around!. Yoga works for a ton of people and probably for you to !. I would surley start it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yoga reall heps!.
I haven't done yoga in a while,
but after 6 months straight of yoga, last summer
my body was more toned, and I
concentrated better!.
Maybe it could be for some people but for me,
it really helped!.
And before yoga, sometimes i don't want to do it,

well, i personaly do not know, but my mom does yoga!.

before, she was overweight!. now shes just normal!. she does hot yoga!.

she said she loves it and it is great!. you should go out and try it!. and it is real!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
