Question: When I touch myself it hurts/feels cold!? READ DETAILS!?
ok this is kind of confusing, but when i touch my body anywhere it feels so cold like my hands are freezing [but theyre not] or if i lay my arm down on the table, which is probably slightly cold but not enough to "hurt", a pain goes through my arm!.

Really, it depends on how often it's occurring!. Does it happen daily or is it a new development!.
If it happens daily, you're looking at several possibilities!. One of which could be poor circulation!. Poor circulation can definitely leave you feeling cold, as blood flow warms up areas!.!. hence without it!.!. things feel cold!. Also, any blockage or slowing of a poor flow can lead to a feeling of pain or numbness!.!. much like when your leg goes to sleep on you!.
I am not a doctor and you should definitely talk to a doc about this!.
If it just started it's probably a virus like the flu or cold!.!. which stink but they pass quickly!.!. usually only a few days but up to a couple of weeks!.

This question caught my eye because I have had similar sensations!. I hope I remember to come back and find out if anyone has a good answer for you!. All I can say is that this happens for me every so often, and has been for probably 15 years, and I'm not dead or dying (I think) so you're not likely to fall over on the way to the doctor's office!.!.!. but always get someone's advice if it's about your health and you don't know what's going on :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on how long this has been going on!. If it's been like this a while you need to see your doctor!. It could be something neurological to just an illness like the flu!. You shouldn't have that strong of a feeling of pain (cold)!. If you are not sick and this is the only thing that is happening to you please go talk to your doctor!. They can run some tests and try to find out what's going on and treat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
