How do you wash your hands?!
Question: How do you wash your hands!?
1) Apply soap, then water, then rinse

2) Get them wet first, apply soap, water, rinse
This is a constant battle between me and my friend!. She tells me I'm the one who is doing it wrong because I apply water first!. And everyone I meet goes straight for the soap!. It just seems strange to me because then you have no base for the soap to be lathered!.!.!.!.
So, do you do option 1 or 2!? And if you have a reliable source, can you tell me which one is correct!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it actually depends what kind of soap !. If its the liquid soap, then the soap goes on first!. If its the bar soap (which I almost never use) then water first!. but its better putting water first because if you have dirty hands and you touch the soap the germs will go on the soap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have to scrub the soap INTO the water, they bind to remove the dirt, etc!. Soap alone is a coating, water alone is a rinse!. You need both scrubbed together to actually wash anything off-and if you sing happy birthday, you've done it long enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well wat i do would have to be option 2!! But i have seen ppl that do just put soap on there hands first but i think that makes absolutley no sence becuz u have to wash sum of the watever u have on yur hands off so u dnt get all that goowy stuff on d soap bar or just make the liquid soap u put in yur hand even dirtier!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
