Yes, this should be possible!. You can grab the adam's apple with one hand and strangle the guy!. You don't need a big hand for that, but you do need a firm grip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You would need a very large, strong hand to strangle someone with only one hand!. You have to completely cut off their air flow, also while they are fighting you off!. I find it highly improbable!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
