Answers:
Myths!. Sorry!
However, if you eat lots of dairy, your bones will be stronger, which may mean when you get older, you will seem taller because you won't do the old bendy thing as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

myths but dairy products will make u taller if ur still growing!. if ur an adult, theyll help bone health, not enlengthen them!. and it doesnt matter if u have it at night or in the day!. also, if ur a kid, stretching before sleep can help and reduce jumping - thats why trampolinists and gymnasts r so shortWww@Answer-Health@Com

Pretty sure they're old wives tales!.!.!.But if you eat cheese right before bed you have really weird dreams! Also dairy products like milk and cheese often cause constipation so possibly eating them before bed isn't the best idea because you're less active anyway!.!.!.They'd just sit there like a big lump!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dairy products will help you grow because they have protein!. You grow more during sleep than you do when you are awake!.
You do not need to drink it before you go to bed, rather, make sure you are getting your daily allowance and you'll grow :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
