The primary possible problem (besides all the time you'll spend on the toilet) is the loss of water and some electrolytes!. So drink lots of water to replace what was lost and eat healthy to replace electrolytes!. There are electrolyte replacement products in health food/vitamin stores but I don't think you'll be needing that!. Gatorade really doesn't do a lot to replace them!. It only has potassium in it and you can eat a few bananas to get that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
