Almost 20 years old and having SEVERE chest pains associated with vertigo sympto!

Question: Almost 20 years old and having SEVERE chest pains associated with vertigo symptoms!.!.Help!.!?
when I was young, I used to have horrible ear infections!. When I was 15 I had my first anxiety attack!.

This week I have been having SEVERE chest pains!. I have had anxiety attacks for years and have gotten better at controlling them, but I have never felt any kind of chest pain like this before!. It hurts worse when I move around or anything strenuous!. I passed out after doing a simple task yesterday!. I figured I would try to walk!. I felt great after I walked for a block, but on the way back, I fell!. I get dizzy and hate noise and light!. (I feel like I tremble) My eyes can't stay focused!. Even sometimes sitting, I get chest pains and dizziness!. I drink lots of water as I thought that may be the case, but it wasn't!. I don't eat a lot, because I am a poor college student!. Blah!. I can't go the doctor because of no insurance, but I just want to see if I can't get any decent hypothesises on what may be wrong!. Any answers for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but here it goes!.
You need to see a doctor as soon as humanly possible!.
It can be a free clinic, or a hospital (ER) or whatever, but you need medical attention asap!. Chest pains can either bee cardiac (bad), or muscular (annoying), but the only way to tell is to seek medical help!. Especially with the vertigo and fainting!. Also, your state or city may have financial aid for insurance!. My guess on what's wrong is that it's either an arrhythmia or "cardiac event"!. Whatever it is, it's more than likely fixable with a cardiologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude go to a doctor, you can work out how to pay later!. it could be a virus (i had a virus which made me really dizzy and fall down, and have headaches), but it could be something severe!. my doctor said that these symptoms can also indicate a blood clot or a brain tumor and produce signs of vertigo, headaches, and pain!. better safe than sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've seen this on the Discovery Health Channel you have to see a doctor fast that is not good they didn't diagnose the problem on the show but one problem they did and she had chest pain and she need here gallbladder removed because of so much acidic build up at the bottom it actually burned a hole in it and for the vertigo that was on there too and if your sensitive to light and sound that's exactly what she had!. except the difference is when she was a kid she had joint and teeth problemsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Get yourself to an Emergency Room now! What you describe could easily indicate a cardiac episode! The dizzy spells and vertigo indicate a circulation problem that can also be associated with a heart problem!.

Now, get to the ER but don't drive yourself there!.!.!.call an ambulance or have a friend drive you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd go to a clinic if I were you to get checked out or see what your school has to offer for medical help!.

You can also go to www!.webmd!.com and put in your symptoms and it can help you out, it has for me!!

Good luck sweetheart, stay away from caffeine and alcohol as those will worsen the anxiety!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See if you can find a free clinic!. Some hospitals may have a pay by your income policy!. Either way you need to see a doctor now!. I'd go to the ER!. Let them send you a bill!. It's better than losing your life!. Go NOW!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you might be a diabetic or the heat changes are getting to you ask a doctor and tell him your symptoms or you can even search your symptoms onlineWww@Answer-Health@Com
