Brain surgery is a good guess!!! It looks like a clamp to stabilize the head!! A curved saw for the roundness of the head!! A scalpel for the scalp ! and the plyer like cutting instrument -I would guess is to cut the frontal lobe for a lobotamy!! Especially since that was the most type of surgery done for many years-as old as the drawing looks!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
