well, if you are a teenager you should avoid as much fat as possible; not eliminate it from your diet though, you need it for your development!. Of course acne is hormonal but consuming fat increases the risk of getting pimples!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Acne is caused by oil, an abundance of it!. It's commonly called sebum, this is the white puss that comes out of a pimple when it pops!. Eating fatty foods will cause fat to build up in your body, but as for the outside of your face!.!.!.it's an absolute myth!. Sounds like an urban legend to me!. I can't see how it's possible!. Acne is caused by an overabundance of oil in teenager's skin which can attract bacteria!. Regular, frequent washing helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
