Question: I am taking summer classes next week and i need to wake up at 5am!.!.!?
but my current sleep schedule is the opposite, i am usually not in bed untill 5am, i have 4 days to adjust!.!.!.WHAT DO I DO!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Melatonin is great for rearranging your sleep patterns, a lot of travelers use it for jet lag!. Try it out, also try OTC sleep medicines, they generally work for a few days without a great deal of tolerance to it!. Melatonin can be found in your vitamin and supplement aisle at your local grocery store (AKA wal-mart) I suggest taking both at around 9pm, and just conk yourself out!. start going to bed a lot sooner!.!.!.that happened to me too but i had to get up for school at 5 b/c my class started at 645!.!.its a pain in the butt ,but you will get used to it afer a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to stay late till 4am! Sometimes I don't even sleep:/
But after getting a job, I sleep around 10-11pm and wake up at 6am!.
