Question: Why does Melatonin make ou have weird dreams!?
Everytime I take Melatonin( which is not very often because I hate how it makes me energyless the next day) it makes me have really weird dreams or nightmares!. It does it to my boyfriend as well!. Why is that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a side effect of taking melatonin!. The only way to stop experiencing this is if you stop use altogether!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
