Sadness: Form a positive point of view no matter how hard it is, if it takes thinking of things that you think of when your happy so be it! Taking a walk outside always helps me clear my mind

Anger: Take deep breaths and keep in mind whatever has made you upset is nothing more then a test/lesson in life!. Try looking at the situation from other sides and accept why it is the way it is!. Make it a goal for yourself to over come the situation with a positive outlook!.

Happiness: Live every moment to the fullest and dont take it for granted! Just take advantage of it!. If it helps to prolong the feeling by writing down everything your experiencing at the moment, do it! This can help bring happiness on a not so happy moment and help you remember why life is worth living!.

Frusterated: Clear your mind by doing something you enjoy!. Get away from what has made you frusterated and approach it later after you have cooled off and formed a better perspective!.

Bored: Look at it as you ACCEPTING that your bored!. The only reason your "bored" is because your allowing it to be!. Accept the feeling and then try to change it!.

Talking: Talking is not bad unless your hurting someone doing it!. If your having a good time why do anything else!? Always be true to yourself and what your saying!. Don't lie or tell fibs that you might later regret, just to impress someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
