There are adult diapers that fit like underpants!. They have a plastic covering so you don't wear a rubber panty over them!. You can get adult rubber incontinence panties if you have no control over your bladder and you want some extra protection!. Shop around!. If you have no control over your bowels, you could stool in your diaper, but if you can make it to the bathroom, it's better!. Adult diapers come with plastic lining so you dont have to wear rubber briefs over them!. There are briefs that you can wear under regular cloths that dont show much of a difference!. And as long as you have control over your bowels, why use the diapers!? It still smells, you sit in poop and its not good for your skin!. Same with bladder control!. As long as you have bladder control, us the diapers or briefs for safety but use the bathroom instead whenever you can to prevent skin breakdown!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
