Okay i take it your a boy by your pic but ahem the urethra cleans itself out two ways because your a boy that means sperm and pee flow through the same "tube" for lack of a better term!. This means that number 1!. Pee is completely sterile especially in your body its just when it comes into contact with the air does it become gross and bacteria flock to it so unless you leave your urethra wet all the time at the opening your fine also number 2!. That really clear drippy fluid that comes out when you get an erection called Pre-Come is made to clear and clean the urethra so that sperm (come) can flow through freely and impregnate easier!. Urine is naturally sterile, and when you urinate you clean your urethra!. Urine contains no bacteria, unless you somehow get bacteria up there!. Which is how you can get a UTI!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
