Why am I coughing so much and so hard?!
Question: Why am I coughing so much and so hard!?
I started coughing really hard since I got out of town and I am coughing up phlegm! I'm not around cigarette smoke all the time or have a cold (or it could be the allergies where I'm at) so someone please tell me why I'm coughing all the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink lots of water to clear it out!.
Another home remedy which works I did it:
Fill a big bowl of water, and heat for 3 mnts, in microwave, and take it out, and inhale over it, putting a towel over your head, like a tent so heat doesn't escape!.
Do that for about 5 minutes, and then heat water in a mug put a lot of honey, little vinegar, and some lemon and drink!.
This should work and is healthy all the way!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I assume "got out of town" means you moved to the country!? Running from the law!? It could also mean you moved to the desert, a houseboat, another town, the Arctic!.
It could be allergies to grass, pollen, wild animals, domestic animals you have not been around before, trees you have not been around before, smoke from grass fires, chemical fertilizer, new foods, the material your new house is built out of, new clothes you bought when you moved!. Could also be the humidity, a cold, the flu, cancer, you're snorting cocaine, you need to dust the house!. You need to give more details!Www@Answer-Health@Com
