Question: How can you get rid of hiccups!?

Hiccups are usually caused by excess oxygen on top of the brain!. So the easiest way to get rid of them is to use the oxygen up, by running on the spot and holding your breath!.
Alternatively, breath in and out of a paper bag, the build up of Carbon Dioxide will deplete the excess oxygen and the hiccups will go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its actually almost always all mental!. I know that sounds wild but trust me, the next time you have hiccups, anticipate the next hiccup!.!.!.keep thinking hiccup!. Even just focus on what your hiccup sounds like!.!.!.!.and it will not return!. I know it sounds b!.s!. but try it out, youll be surprised!. Anticipate the hiccup, and it will not come if your focused and awaiting the next!.

Holding the breath, drinking cold water or blowing the nose usually ends this very common occurence - but in rare cases of frequent and prolonged attacks, medication might be required!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking a large glass of water from the "opposite side" of the glass *always* works for me!. Drink the whole thing, as fast as you can, leaning over a bit and drinking from the far edge of the glass!. Once you're done, breathe in for 4 seconds and out for 4 seconds, about 5 times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put a plastic bag over your nose & mouth & hold it until you start to feel short of breath!. It is advisable to have someone with you while you do this in case you pass out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
