Question: How do I insert my boyfriend a rectal suppository!?
he has got a flu and runs a high fever 39!.3Celcius!.!.!. we tried tablets, but as he is really sick, he had to vomit!. Now these suppositories are our last hope, but I've never given one to somebody else and I would like to help him and do it for him as quick as possible!. I want to avoid him having trouble with it and I think it's more easy for a second person to do it!.
In which position should I bring him!? How far should I insert it!? The advice on the package isn't very useful!.!.!. Please help us!Www@Answer-Health@Com

he should lie on his stomach, put a cushion under his stomach so his back is in the air a bit and allows you easier access, then pull his pants down and spread his cheeks, now insert the suppository and go in with your finger as far as you can feel the suppository!.!.!. you will feel it slipping in faster than your finger at one point, that's when it in deep enough!. Otherwise it could pop out again and that's what you wouldn't want!.

i am a nurse, i would say to insert it while he is laying on hid side (either one) and have him bend his knees slightly!. You will want to insert it about an inch or an inch and a half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
