Extreme exhaustion and fatigue?!

Question: Extreme exhaustion and fatigue!?
I reccently started feeling extremely tired and fatigued with no explanation!. I've not went to the doctor because I figured it would go away within a short while!. Also money issues isn't exactly helping!. Since it has now been going for longer than a week, I'm starting to get a little concerned!.

I can get a full nights rest just to wake up feeling like I hadn't slept for days to the point of it actually feeling painful!. I don't feel as if I'm awake most of the time more so just dreaming!. Kinda like living in a twilight zone where nothing seems real!. I can take naps during the day and they are of no help!.

People keep asking if I'm depressed yet I'm not!. I don't feel anymore stressed than any other person!. But I do have to admit, this feeling is quite overwhelming from time to time and is starting to get frustrating!.

My first intial thought was pregnancy since I am trying but ruled that out once AF showed around 3 or so days ago!. NEVER felt this way before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, although you say that you aren't any more stressed than the average person, you may actually be and not know it!. The same goes with depression!. If you feel anxious and can't sleep it sounds like depression!.

Have your eating and/or exercise habits changed in a negative way!? Many times, when a person is stressed or depressed, they stop exercising and don't eat as healthy as they should!. This can have a major impact on your well-being!. Instead of going to a doctor and him giving you drugs, first think about exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and eating healthy!. Knock out junk food i!.e!. fast food, microwavable food, high sodium, high sugar, saturated fats etc!. Also avoid eating any later than 3 hours before bedtime!.

If this doesn't help, think about your sleeping habits!. Do you try to go to bed at a decent time of night!? Does your pillow support not only your head and neck, but align your spine as well!? People sometimes don't realize the importance of a good pillow and bed!. Try an orthopedic pillow!.

If you do end up seeing a doctor, you could find out you have a chemical imbalance in your brain which could cause depression or similar problems (But being that you are saying this is a new occurrence, I doubt it)!. Don't take sleeping drugs or have a doctor prescribe you anything unless it is the last resort!. Drugs for these type of problems are only like a bandaid being put on a broken bone, it doesn't help in the long-run!. I hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My wife started feeling like that!.!.!.not quite as suddenly but same feelings!. She found out with blood tests that her iron levels were low!. She had to go in for iron treatments once a week to get the levels back up!.

When your iron is low oxygen can't be carried properly to your body and it makes you feel exhausted all the time regardless of sleep!.

Her problem was due to the lining of her uterus being too thick and causing her to lose too much blood when menstruating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
