Answers:
There is a book by Simon Brown called "Practical Feng Shui" that gives you all the goods on everything, especially Bed placement!. It is a personal thing!. I couldn't tell you which way you would sleep better because it depends on your personality!.
As an example on page 98 it tells you that if you are an insomniac to have the head pointing North, but it could make your entire social life kill over!. It's not just North in a general sense either, you have to map out your house, and it has to be North of your living quarters where your front door is!. If your bedroom is on the North side of your living room, then you would find North from there!.
Head pointing south makes for no sound sleep at all, head pointing west is good for income, and feeling joy and contentment!. North East is no good at all either for sound sleep!. You also have to take into account whether or not there is a fault line nearby!. If you have your room North and your Head North, but there is also a fault line close to your home on the North end it could still disrupt your sleep, or it could level out the North so that you still have a social life!.
If you want to be creative you place your head southeast!.
Generally you get a compass and map it all out, the book tells you everything!. You can find it in any public library!.
I prefer my head in the east because I have chronic fatigue, and it helps build energy and give me more restful sleep!. North gives me nightmares!. See how it is personal depending on many different situations in life!.!? The book also talks about items outside your house that upsets your sleep!. I am a water sign, so sleeping next to water makes me more tired and sleeping next to a power line keeps me up at night!.
Hope this is the info you were asking about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
