Tips for falling asleep?!
Question: Tips for falling asleep!?
I've had trouble falling asleep for the past few weeks!. Any tips!? no milk (lactose intolerant) lol and counting sheep doesn't work for me either!.!.!.I'd also prefer not taking medicationWww@Answer-Health@Com

lie down on your back on the bed and starting from your toes squeeze them(curl toes tightly)and as you release the tension,with eyes closed feel them relax!.Then move on to your calves,tighten as hard as you can and release and feel the tension relax!.Focus your mind on the wonderful feeling as the muscles relax!.Move on up to thighs then buttocks to back to shoulders and if you make it all the way to fingers,just lay there and let the tension float away and snooze away!.Good luck!I have had insomnia my whole life and find this helps me relax my brain by focusing releasing tension throughout my body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try turning on a fan, or a "White noise generator", it works , concentrate on the drone of the noise and it keeps you from thinking about the troubles of your day!Www@Answer-Health@Com
