Question: Is this weird or what!?
I cannot for the life of me wake up earlier than 9 a!.m!. I wanted to wake up at 8:00 to go jogging for the past three days!. On all three days i woke up at like 11:00, even though i set my alarm clock to 7:45-8:00!. Is that weird or what!? How can i wake up on time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It involves your biological clock!. Many people (especially students) are impacted by this the most!. During school time you might go to bed at a logical hour, but you reset your clock during the weekend (if you stay up late, wake up late) This clock takes three days to get back on time (Wednesday)
I am just guessing that you are going to bed really late (past midnight!?) Therefore you can't wake up earlier (which is ok, growing teens need sleep)
I recommend that you go to sleep sooner, to cause you to be able to wake up earlier!.
You should also run after you eat!. If you exercise too much before you eat (for many hours, like when you just wake up) your body goes into starvation mode!. It doesn't help you lose fat at all, and it slows your metabolism!. You lose muscle mass instead of fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body was an internal alarm clock!.!.!. the only thing is to stay up for a long time, go to bed early and see if that helps you get up ealier
