What causes a bloody nose and what should you do if you get one?!

Question: What causes a bloody nose and what should you do if you get one!?
Answers:
A nosebleed is usually caused by the tiny capillaries (blood vessels) in your nose bursting!. This can be caused by injury, dryness, or certain medications!.
Contrary to what we've heard all our lives, the best way to stop a nosebleed is to pinch the top of your nose (between your eyes), and lean forward, not back!. Leaning your head back allows blood to run down your throat into your stomach!. An icepack to the back of the neck also helps!.
If these methods don't stop the nosebleed in an hour, you will need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a rag wet with warm water and hold it up to your nose!. Dont tilt your head back!. people say that will stop the bleeding, but all it does is make the blood run down your throat into your stomachWww@Answer-Health@Com
