What kind of vitamin should I take?!

Question: What kind of vitamin should I take!?
I'm a healthy (no allergies or health conditions) 18 year old and want a general multi vitamin that can help make my hair stronger!. Do you have any recommendations, or suggestions of what I should look for if I go to a drug or vitamin store!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
By stronger, do you mean anti-breakage or growing faster!?
If breakage is the problem, try changing your hair care regimen to one for dry hair and scalp!. You have to have a healthy scalp for hair that won't break!. In addition, reduce how much you bow dry your hair, or start blow drying just the roots!. Blow drying the roots and only the roots will prevent skin irritation and dryness!.
If you mean growing faster, try a pre-natal vitamin!. Target sell some that are cheap (store brand) and make your hair and nails grow longer, however there is not enough vitamin A in these, so you will have to get a vitamin A supplement as well to get your RDI!.
Finally, according the The Vitamin Bible (pick one up and use nutrition to solve bodily woes) you should make sure your diet includes fish, wheat germ, yeast and soybeans!. In combination with a multivitamin (like Centrum for women) and a broad spectrum antioxidant multi, you want to take flaxseed or Omega-3 (essential fatty acids), coenzyme Q-10, L-cysteine, B complex and Beta-carotene!. This combo will promote thicker, shinier hair (I left out the part about hair loss, since I doubt that is an issue!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you looking for hair growth vitamin supplements that will stop thinning hair, curtail baldness, or promote super fast growth of long, shiny locks!? The simple truth is there is no magic vitamin formulation to promote hair growth!. The rate of your hair growth, its texture and natural color are genetically predetermined!. There are ways to improve its appearance and maximize its growth rate, but expecting a miracle is likely to leave you disappointed!.

Like your complexion and fingernails, hair is an external reflection of your body
