Well, it depends on the span of time between drinks!. You can drown yourself, say if you drink 10 glasses in 10 minutes!.
Also, if it is hot where you live, and you are sweating a lot, then I would say you are okay!.
I am not sure about flushing the electrolytes, I remember reading it somewhere, I just don't know how much water it takes!.
10 glasses a day actually sounds healthy to me, so long as you are only doing 3 glasses at a time, with pauses in between!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're drinking too much water - unless you are very active, such as engaging in strenuous exercise, or intense physical labor!. Plus, why aren't you drinking water with your meals!? You should take in some liquid with your food!.
Drink when you're thirsty, and drink some water when you're tired - frequently tiredness is a symptom of dehydration!. Drinking too much water can lead to mental confusion, even death, a condition called hyponatremia!.
If you just like to drink water, consider switching to a drink with electrolytes, such as one of the many popular sports drinks and vitamin waters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES, you are right!. Water poisoning is very common, and very fatal!. Your body cant live on just water (of course, i hope you know that)!. Too much water overloads your body and it cannot deal with it!. Several months ago a woman died from a radio contest to se who could drink the most amount of water!. She won the competition, and about 5 hours later died!.
Your body doesnt need that much water, drinking that much water is just stupid and unnecessary!. About 2-4 water bottles (those averagely sized fitness bottle things) is enough per day!. Also depends on how much exercise you do, the more excercise!.!.!.!.the closer to 4 bottles you would want to drink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You do need to be careful, as it can damage your kidneys, but you're only drinking 2 more than the recommended!. I read an article myself but it's more for people who are drinking 18 or more, and when they went back to normal amounts their kidneys returned to normal!. Are you thirsty or is it just a dieting technique!? If you're thirsty then you need a test for diabetes and kidney problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I doubt very much that you're drinking too much water, you would have to be drinking to the point of being full all the while!. Recommended levels are roughly 2 litres a day!.!.!. but if you're active, sweat a lot etc then you would need more!.
If your are constantly plagued by thirst it would be an idea to get tested for diabetes to rule that out but otherwise I'd continue as you are, you sound like you're probably one of the few that consumes your recommended levels (are you that good on your 5 fruit a day!?!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

There can always be too much of a good thing, I think!. But I don't think this will hurt ya at all!.!.!. if you're feeling alright, I say all well and good!. But if it's makin ya sick, tone it down a bit!? I wish I drank that much water!. If you're worried, you can call a nurse hotline or something, it will probably have those in your phone book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
