Why do I frequently have uncontrollable, violent head shaking in 3-second interv!
Question: Why do I frequently have uncontrollable, violent head shaking in 3-second intervals!?
This mainly happens when I'm asleep & waking up out of a nightmare, or when my OCD unwanted thoughts kick in, & they're creepy!. I don't know if this is a nervous shake or not!. Do you think I should see a neurologist!? This just started like 3 weeks ago!. I don't think it's a seizure since I'm aware of what's going on!.
I had 2 strokes @ age 5, & I was diagnosed with Tourette's!. & when this happens, I feel panicky & wonder what's going on!. Is this dangerous!? I feel like this is very disabling for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
