Can I catch salmonella from homemade mayonnaise?!


Question: Can I catch salmonella from homemade mayonnaise!?
I was just going to make homemade mayonnaise but I'm not sure if it's OK to eat raw egg!? Will I catch salmonella from free range eggs!? How can you stop yourself getting salmonella!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the funniest thing is they tell you to never eat raw egg but we've all done it! i mean, who hasn't grabbed a bit of cookie dough or licked the beaters after making cake batter! all those have raw egg

Salmonella is a type of bacteria!. It is usually found in poultry, eggs, unprocessed milk and in meat and water!. It may also be carried by pets like turtles and birds!.
The bacteria attack all age groups and both sexes!. Children, the elderly and people who are already ill are much more likely to get a serious infection!.

you can catch salmonella from anything that uses raw egg (but the egg has to be infected of course)!.!.!. home made or not!.

The only thing you can do is to buy eggs only from farms that can guarantee thier chickens are salmonella free!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, mayonnaise is made from eggs!. It can also give you salmonella!. Just make sure that all of your food is fresh!. You probably won't get salmonella!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
