Why does peppermint make me sneeze?!
Question: Why does peppermint make me sneeze!?
If I eat something with a strong mint flavour, or sometimes dark chocolate, coffee, cough syrup etc, I almost always sneeze!. It makes my nose itch!. Why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Same thing happens to me!. like the other person said, you just have a sensitive olfactory system!.
Many people that are "Photic-Sneezers" meaning they sneeze when they go out into bright light, have the same problem!.
Sun makes the eyes water and pupils contract really fast, that's connected to your nose and whatnot, so you sneeze!. Sun-Sneezers most often have reactions to dark chocolate and mints, along with strong gums, and cough syrup, depending on flavor!.

surprisingly it's very common, with not just mints but anything minty!.

you might be allergic to it all, get acupuncture and the person will tell u everything u need to avoid to be healthierWww@Answer-Health@Com
