Back ache?!

I have a terrible sharp pain right beneath my right shoulder blade everytime I sit down, and sometimes when im standing!. What do I do to get rid of it!? (Besides going to my doctor!. I want to try something before I go)Www@Answer-Health@Com

alternate heat and cold on area!. massage icy hot and bengay into area!. heating pad and cold packs rotate every hour!. create a sling, and dont sit, lay down for 24 hours!. if that doesnt work, u really should see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
