Stammering help! Help! PLEASE!?!

Question: Stammering help! Help! PLEASE!!?
Ok, so I used to speak very fluently, besides talking fast!. But now it seems like more and more I've stammering/studdering!. For instance, just last night, when my baseball coach asked me where Ryan and the assistant coach was, I said, "Uh, uh, uh, they went to his mom's house because Ryan forgot his pants!."

Stuff like that!. I've been forgetting names of things like popsicles, for example, and when I'm talking I'll do things like:

"Uh, uh, uh!.!.!."
"Ummm, that thing!."

Or I'll start words in the middle of other ones!.

"We went to tha-thing!."

It makes me sound, and feel stupid, even though I'm in all honors, and went through gifted programs!. I know I'm not dumb, but it makes me feel like it!. All I want to do is quit stammering!. I know most people do the "Uh/Um" thing but this is NOT like me and even my friend are noticing!. Like my friend Quentin a few days ago commented on it!. It's annoying! Can you help me at all!? Pleeeeeeeeease!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The more you're aware of a problem, the more you'll try to stop it, get nervous, and have it happen!.!.!.
In other words, you think and know you stammer too often, and so when you talk you get nervous!. Being nervous just causes it to happen more often!. Just like when you start thinking about breathing, or blinking, you seem like you can't do it naturally and it feels like it has to be forced!.
You could have some temporary social anxiety, lack of confidence, or maybe you're just over thinking things!.
But because you say this only happened recently, it's probably not a longterm thing!.
I'd say try to calm down and relax about living up to certain expectations, and try your best to talk naturally!. Don't fret so much over stammering, everybody does it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just go over what you want to say in your head quickly!. Make sure you know what you want to say, and then say it!. And if someone asks you a question, pause and think about your answer, then answer confidently!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably depress and have so much things going on on your mind you can't think straight!. The same thing happens to me when i'm stressed out, just relax and try to take a day off all your activities or something like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax, take deeper breaths!. Talk more slowly instead of faster!. Try meditating; it will clam you down and release tension, eliminating the stuttering!. You can also talk to your parents about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happens when you are real busy and get in a hurry!. Try slowing down and think about what you are going to say, before you say it!. Your mind is probably going a million miles an hour thinking of other things and that's what comes out!. You will be ok!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

just try to speak more clearly like instead of barely opening your mousth, open it wider and try to spek more clearly, oh and its okay, i know people like that, and i never thought that they were stupid or anything like that!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think its because everyone these days are using slang(shortining up words) and now im the same way and im always doing the same thing you are so don't feel aloneWww@Answer-Health@Com

First off before you speak, Stop and think for 2 seconds!.
That gives your mind enough time to create a word path!.

Slow down when you speak!.

GOOD LUCK
