How has health changed in Britain?!

The health has,nt changed, we,re all still ill, but the health care has changed considerably over the last ten years, once upon a time, we could just go into our doctors surgeries, and get an appointment almost the same day, but now, we cant even get through to the surgery by phone, now we have to get to the surgery, and line up like a lot of idiots, and when we get to the end of the queue, theres nothing to say that we,ll even get an appointment that same day!.By the time we get seen by a doctor, we,d have forgotten what was wrong with us in the first place!.There are just too many people here in England, thats that, what can we do!.I dont think its the same all over the country, because now they are opening up drop in surgeries, but im not sure if these are going to be privately owned, or what, like for instance, i!.ve had quite bad varicose veins in the legs, but they,ve not given me much problem in the past, but now, they dont operate on the National Health service, for this, anymore, we have to pay for it, big time,Just have to wear trousers forever more, never mind!.All our dental services are now private, i was having a cavity filling just last week, that cost me
