What should i do when is really hot weather outside?!
Question: What should i do when is really hot weather outside!?
i know that i should drink 2l of water , but what else can i do , i can't even go out in the sun cause i feel bad in the sun (i am from a country with 4 seasons , and now is heat periode) please can you give me some advices!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Then stay indoors and entertain yourself if you don't care for the heat!. When you do go out definitely carry water, wear a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, sunscreen, keep your skin covered, and try to stay in the shade!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
