My doctor is refusing me as a patient?!

Question: My doctor is refusing me as a patient!?
I just found out today that my doc!. is refusing to see me as a patient!. I had a disagreement with her a while back!. This disagreement made me quite angry, so I cancelled my physical I had booked with her!. I also disagreed with her sending me for a cystoscopy (which I was told by that doc's secretary was my option to have done or not!.)!. I didn't go for that because, and like I told HER at the time, I have NO bladder issues or problems!. I get severe pain in that area at times of long bending or sitting all scrinched up!. I am a female, and there are more organs than that!. And it is my body!. I know it has nothing to do with that!. Plus I challenged her on her telling me "you have diabetes" when all I had was impaired glucose fasting levels!. much different!.!.!.and when I mentioned it to her, she said " I didn't say that"!. I think she got heck from the diabetic dietician! I keep a book of all my app'ts and what was said, etc!.!.!. Any one else have this happen!? I kind of feel like I did wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You've done nothing wrong!.
Frankly, it sounds like your doctor wasn't a nice person to begin with!.!.!. and if she's refusing to see you, take your business to someone else who will actually listen to what you think is going on with your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

doctors charge for their advice and practice!.

Bad advice and practice, no money!.

Take your money and seek out a doctor who does not give bad advice and practice, perhaps the original doctor will realize when all the patients are gone that they did something wrong!.

Why wait to file a malpractice suit when all you need is a second opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably were too argumentive with her!. She IS the one who went to medical school!. I believe she is doing you both a favor, go ahead and find another doctor, and if you feel guilty, just apoligize and move on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get sec opinion!.

But honestly if you think you know better than your doctor and you keep a book on every appointment etc etc i would refuse to see you as well!.!.!.!. you seem to know better so go and diagnose yourself!.!.!. sorry but you sound like a pain!Www@Answer-Health@Com

treatment is frequently a process of elimination and you hamper the effort with your know it all attitude!.!.!.I wouldn't treat you either!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it sounds like you don't agree with your doc's suggestions, diagnoses, etc!., anyway, so why not find a new doc!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't carry around this baggage, just get another doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe when you were tellin her some things your sounded kind of like an know it all!.!. but other then that sounds like you need a new docter anyways lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Change your doctor theres a million of them!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a good idea to change doctors from time to time just to get a different opinion!. Before you take a blood test avoid sweets the night before because it messes up the results of your blood sugar reading!. I'm not diabetic either and always review my blood tests with my doctor!. Some doctors will not see you if you disobey them!. If you have pain they should have a look inside to see what is causing it!. It is still your decision not the doctor's!. My doctor knows I won't take too many drugs like for cholesterol!. It is hereditary and he knows what my views are!. He has not refused to see me yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh yeah, we got rid of a full fledged "pill pimp" as we called her!. Just like in your false diabetes
case, she kept telling us we HAD to go on Lipitor when our cholesterol levels were *slightly* elevated!. Certainly not enough to risk going on a statin!. We know people who got on them and wasted away to death!. No thanks!.

Every time we went to her she tried to push some other pill on us we didn't need!. And she'd never answer questions and argue with us about treatments we didn't need!. It may sound like we're a pain in the butt, but we've never had a doctor so stubborn and unwilling to talk!. We got rid of her!.
And, we found a really nice guy who really listens and the best part is he takes cash!. :) More and more doctors are doing this in protest of HMO's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
