Answers:
Breathing hard w/out exercise (hyperventilation) causes too much CO2 to leave your blood!. This causes a pH increase (in th blood)!. Lightheadedness is the first sign of a safety mechanism your body has to fix the situation - passing out!. When you pass out, you don't breathe as much and your body returns to equilibrium!.
(You may also notice tingling in your lips and fingers - that is also caused by the pH change in your blood!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because breathing fast causes less oxygen to your brain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
