Question: Bread allergy!?
Recentlly i have been sick so i have started to eat alot of bread!. With sandwiches or with soup!. sometimes i just eat it plain!. Is this bad for my system as recentlly i have been getting cramps in my stomach!. could the bread be swelling in my stomach!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would highly recommend you ask your doctor to test you for coelliac disease!. This is an intolerance to gluten which is found in grains like wheat!.
If you have it and you continue to eat bread then you could be causing yourself alot of harm as well as unnecessary pain!.

It's really unlikely, as the bread could only swell up if it was still in one piece!. It's probably linked to your being sick, not the bread!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
