I need help with this.?!

Question: I need help with this!.!?
I have a naturally low body temp (Around 96!.5), and low blood pressure, not sure the number!. I'm also hypoglycemic!. But when I get in the sun for a short amount of time, I get very overheated, temp rises, crankiness occurs, and dizziness!. Also if I get the slightest bit upset/angry it happens!.

Any way I can prevent this from happening!? I usually try to walk away from arguments, it works with my family but my boyfriend likes to talk things out, which makes it worse for me!.

What are some things that can help me chill out and calm down afterwards!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Wow!. You too!? I have normal body temp and blood pressure, but in the last 5 years, I've found that direct sunlight stresses me out in a similar fashion!. I get overheated, irritated, dizzy, and sick, even in an air-conditioned car!.

I don't have the same reaction to being annoyed!. But I do if I haven't eaten!.

I don't know why the sun affects me like this!.

Oh -- I'm sorry!. I was so interested to hear that someone else had the same reaction I didn't answer your question!. I'm afraid I don't have a very good answer, though!. I guess I'm kind of obviously generically cranky to the point that people joke that they need to feed me or get me into shade before having any further conversation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Explain to your boyfriend your problem! If he is unwilling to give you some space when these things occur!. then he isn't much of a boyfriend!. Some one who truly loves you would bend over backwards to help you!. If he can't understand this then you need to start looking for someone who will! Good Luck and God Bless!Www@Answer-Health@Com
