Question: Im in bad physical and mental shape what should i do!?
I sleep an average of 3-5 hours a night so I have terrible bags under my eyes!. I sleep a lot during the day!. i got bangs for the first time since first grade (a long time ago!) and they are uncontrolably curly!. i had super curly hair as a baby and it's come back to bite me!. i have head aches a lot and i just dont feel like doing anything a lot of the time!. What can i do to pick myself back up!. IM usually so energetic and bubbly but ive just been out of it!. what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, what time do u go to sleep!?

If i could suggest something, try to get a fan and point it to the ceiling on low

it will cycle air around, keep u cool, and makes a nice humming sound!.!.!.

for exercise, try, when u wake up, eating a nice healthy breakfast, with 1 well done egg, only eat about 1/4 of the yold for flavor, and eat the white for protein!. Also, steak and eggs can be a good helathy breakfast because it gives u much protein

After a nice breakfast, get a walking stick(if u want), and take a walk around the neighborhood, dont run, just get energized for the day, after ur walk, go home and if u drink coffee, get a nice cup of it, sit down at the table, and if u have one, read the newspaper and after ur done, just try exercising more!. Walk around, and try to stay away from any unhealthy snacks, its ok to have 1 or 2 or 3, but try not to overdose it!.

If u have a nintendo wii, play some wii sports, or if u have it, play the wii fit!.

once its lunch time, get maybe, a club sandwich or something that can be very healthy!.

during lunch, i always hear that u are NOT supposed to have a big lunch, just try to eat something healthy everyday

For dinner, plan good family dinners if u can!. Make something that you know the family can enjoy and it is healthy, such as A turkey burger, or a Nice family salad!.

when u go to bed at night, dont drink caffine or sugar or anything that can keep u awake! If u want a good sleeping agent, warm milk can help u, and its healthy!

when u shower, use strong shampoo and conditioner to sooth your hair, but make sure you dig it to ur scalp or it wont work very well

also, for the conditioner, make sure u keep it on for at least 2 minutes to keep ur hair nice and streight!.

if u want, try using streightner, it WILL help!

if u follow the walking and the sleeping routine everyday, it should help u, it helped me:)

Do some volunteer work!. Visit a nursing home -- that should get your focus back on track! Not to be cruel, but stop being so self-absorbed and get out and do things for others!. It's really a great way to get back on track and to feel good about yourself and life in general!

Try exercising so you become tired before bed, and dont drink caffine or anything with sugar in it before bed, and try doing something relaxing such as taking a bath or reading!. As for your bangs, and have the same thing, and I just flat iron my bangs!. But just to get yourself back up in good spirits, talk and hang out with friends, and just do things that always make you happy!

First of all if you can't sleep is because you have too much in your mind so you need to find out what is bothering you!. Second of all everybody should have good self steam and if you don't feel good about yourself remember you are the only one that can help yourself!. Additional info~This doctor also mentions that sometimes we get headaches because we are dehydrated!. Our body requires a lot of water!. Do you drink much!? I get headaches often as well, and I have noticed on the days I get a bad headache, I really didn't drink much water at all!. You may need to be adjusted by a Chiropractor as well!. hmmm!.!.!.!.!.!. start with a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, sleep a total of 8 hours at night, do some exercise, and get some styling products for the hair!. oh and btw having a me day is the best idea to get you unbummed!. if all that doesn't work talk to a freind, parent, or other adults like a doctor!. i'm assuming you're female (if you aren't i apologize) this might having something to do with your cycle and it can be corrected with birth control!. i'm not saying you need it to prevent pregnancy but people i know that have trouble with pms and such that take bc have had wonderful success with it controlling their mood swings, depression, and in one case her seizures!. you have to talk to your doctor (and parents) about that thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't like curly hair, you can always get a hair straightener!. I prefer the porcelain ones, they work best on hair and they do not scorch it!. Take some pain reliever for your headaches, if they continue, you need to see your doctor or eye doctor about them (you may need glasses or contact lenses, as straining to see can cause headaches)!. Try your best to stay awake during the day so you can sleep more at night!. Freeze some metal spoons and put them under your eyes for the bags, and most importantly: Buck up! Find an activity you like to do and do it, get out of the house during the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
