How can i change my sleep pattern?!


Question: How can i change my sleep pattern!?
im 14 and i go to bed at about 11:30pm to 1:30am i know i doesnt seem to bad but i hate getting at 10am!.
(i know i should be at school but thats a whole other story)
About a year and a half ago i was COMPLETELY nocturnal (i went to sleep at 9am and woke up 4pm) and i snapped out of it by staying up all night and day and i was so tired by 8pm i drifted off to sleep!. BUT now my sleep times are getting later and later and i need to change before i get nocturnal again and staying up all night and day seem likes to extreme for these hours!. ANY IDEAS!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you could tire yourself out by excersizing or something that would get you tired!.

i really hope your kidding or messed up on the times that you want to sleep because thats only 2 hours in case your unaware!. thats not going to work!.
but anyway if you want to change your sleep pattern just do wat you did before and stay up until you get really tired and have to sleep, then go just a little bit longer until the time when you WANT to go to sleep!. you will almost instantly, and your sleep pattern will be changed jsut like that!. good luck!. drink red bulls if necessary, but not any less than 6 hours before going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 14 you probably need more than 8 hours per night anyway!. Most teens do!. But what your major problem is is that you are a night person!. I am one myself so I know about it!. I have to take a sleeping pill to make me sleepy early if I have to get up early in the morning!. It's too bad we can't have two different time zones for morning people and night people!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's not too bad!. i have this same issue only basically i'm nocturnal now!. i get sooo hyper at night!.

Take a nyquil and go to bed really early!. Then you'll get up really early, and you'll get tired later in the evening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
