Question: I need some advice in getting up in the morning!!?
I have a lot of bad habits, but my biggest problem is getting up in the morning!. On alarm clocks, I have the worst habit of just turning them off rather than hitting the snooze and I have tried setting the alarm clock across the room, but it hasn't worked!.

I have a job that I am supposed to go to at 8:00 in the morning!. I have a boyfriend and a dog to take care of and even worse I sometimes make apointments in the morning that I never end up getting to because I've slept in!.

If I don't start getting up, my house is going to become even MORE destroyed by my dog, I'm going to lose my job and my boyfriend is not going to be very happy with me!.

You could record a message for yourself (on a cell phone) that is your alarm that lists all the reasons you need to get up!. Go to bed earlier!. Set five alarms all over your room and hide them (the little old time wireless alarm clocks) under stuff so you have to get up and dig around for them!. By the time you do that you will actually be up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm, I hear that they make alarm clocks now that actually roll around and run away from you if you try to turn them off!. The exercise of chasing it is supposed to wake you up!.

Sleep EARLIER, this is the best way, even if it means going to bed at 8, you will feel ready to jump out of bed at 6 with enough sleep also drink full glass of water so as soon as your alarm goes off you will be bursting to go!Www@Answer-Health@Com
