Answers:
As long as you are getting enough sleep it should be ok!. BUT since you said you are feeling tired and have a lack of concentration you should probably not stay up so late!.

Also an hour before you go to sleep shut off all electronic devices and give your brain time to wind down!. No video games, internet, television, music etc!.

If you are still in school it would be wise to stay on the same schedule that you have during the school year!. So you don't mess your sleep patterns up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, I find that when I am not in school I get my sleeping patterns completely reveresed, going to bed around three or four in the morning and sleeping in past noon the next day!. It probably isn't good for you because your body works on a certain cycle and it can make you more tired during the late afternoon and early evening but unless you begin having other symptoms, I don't think it's a major cause for concern!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it's perfectly alright if it doesn't harm you physically the next day!. Before having a full time job (basically while in college), my roommates and I wouldn't go to sleep until 3 or 4 and then sleep in until 12 or 1 and we turned out alright!. PS I like the name (If indeed it's a reference to FC Barcelona :) )Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as you get 7 hours of sleep, you can do whatever you want!. The only thing bad about that is you throw off your schedule for school or work!. It will just take some getting used to when it's time to go back to the normal schedule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is bad for you!.
You should be asleep between the hours of 11:30am and 2am!. Im not sure exactly why, but has something to do with your liver!.
I used to do the same thing and I was so run down I ended up with depression and anxiety, Its not recommended if you can help itWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's not 100% normal to go to bed in the middle of the night and wake up in the middle of the day, so your body clock is out of sync!. If you return to a normal schedule, you'll begin feeling better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah i got the same problem, better off stoping the habit while its young, thats a hard one to break if you let it go on too long,, and yeah for some reason you do feel worse even though you got enough sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com

Horses for courses, if you dont have to do anything in the morning, then thats fine, but you will probably find that it makes you a bit anti social!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldnt do it!. the reason your more tired is probably because your exposed to day time more longer while your sleeping!. most of those hours should be slept during the night when its dark out!. get what im saying!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It would depending on your normal, everyday lifestyle!. Do you work at night!? If so, this is normal!. If you work at 9am!.!. hah no its not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was similar like you!.!.!. but when i got slapped on my face!.!.!. everything became ok!.!.!. hope the same will help you!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
