Is it normal to have constipation after diarrhea?!

Question: Is it normal to have constipation after diarrhea!?

I usually experience constipation after a diarrhea!. Although it does not happen often but everytime there is a diarrhea, constipation will follow suit!. Is it normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes normal, you get dehydrated form the runs and then your body hoards fluid after!. One of lifes bummers!. Do try to drink as much water as you can when you have the runs and after!. It helps a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. But it happens to me too!. I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)!. It's very common, you probably have it too!.
