I want to lose fat around my belly and thighs a little on my arms and calfs!. Im 5ft 9 inches and i wear 190!. I want to lose fat i dont care about how much i weigh i just want to look good!. Its just that i dont have a high metabolisim!. So i have aout 2 hours a day that i could use to workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a wii or another gaming system you can bye wii fit or something like that!. Dancing games also work!. It is fun and it is exersize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one older lady told me due to her research that if you have a teaspoon of curry powder a day mixed in food or drink like soup just as you are going to eat meal, add it to food/ it will speed up you metabolism, i have not yet tried it my self as i prefer to cook it!. they reckon a sauna is the fastest way to sweat of excess weight but drink alot of water as well or u will dehydrate, and go walking at a brisk paste and find a building with lots of stairs always tones me dwn as well do abit of the each day you'll soon be running up those stairs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just join your local gym and work out!. You can also just look at some sites for diet and exercise tips at home!. I lost 20 pounds in like 6 months from an Internet diet and exercise routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
