Neck twitch?!
Question: Neck twitch!?
I noticed this recently, but I'm told it has been going on for a couple years by friends and family!.
At seemingly random times, my neck will just twitch!. It is always to the left side, and I never know when it's going to happen!. I've noticed an increased frequency when I haven't eaten in a while, or when I am very tired!. It's not painful (unless I'm standing too close to a wall and hit my head on it!.!.!. yes, this has happened)!.

It makes sense!. My eyelids used to twitch if I became sleep-deprived!. It was made worse by stress too!. You could ask a doctor about it I suppose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
