Question: How much weight will i loose having less than 500 cals day!?
i'm 5ft 8 and 50 kilos and would like to loose 5 more kilos i'm already having less then 500 cals day againWww@Answer-Health@Com

listen starving yourself is not a good thing!. this is called an eating disorder, and it is actually considered a disease!. if you think you need to lose weight, try eating healthy not less, and try to excercise more!. also you can talk to your doctor and make up a healthy diet plan for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

By consuming such a small amount of calories you are slowing down your metabolism and actually slowing down your weight loss!. While you are actually at a good weight now if you feel you must lose more weight (and I would NOT recommend you do so, you are already in a good range for your height) increase your intake, and make it a high protein, low carbohydrate diet!. Lots of lean red and white meat and green leafy vegetables, carrots etc!. No carbs such as rice, pasta, potatoes and so on!. Make sure you include at least 250ml per day of calcium enriched skim milk as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NOO DONT DO THIS!!!! it will not help you!! what your doing is putting your body into starvation mode, it will have your body STORE FAT!. dont cut calories down to 500 a day, just eat healthier so you're still full after you eat but you havent eaten as much calories and your getting vitamins and nutrients so its twice as good!. mix tomatos and cucumbers wtih italian dressing!.!.bananas and peanut butter!.!.!.apples and cheese!.!.!.their all good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

500 calories will slow down your metabolism & you will not lose weight because your body thinks it is starving!.
To lose weight take your weight, divide in 1/2, and that's how many ounces of water you should drink every day!.
Try walking!.

there is something wrong with you!. eat 4 steaks a day, 6 eggs, and 5 glasses of milk!. and work out!. dont do it the pu*** way by not eating!. take it like a man and work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
