i can only lift 90 pounds with some effort whereas the other kids in my school can do 125 no problem!. So how much should a 14 year old be able to lift!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

how much is what you decide!.The limit only exists in your mind!.If you invest more effort into your exercising you can lift even more!.Lifting weights is not the only thing that will make or can make your muscles stronger!.You need protein rich diet!.Proteins are the main building material of your muscles!.Pistachios are a good protein plant source!.
