If this has come on recently and you have no other symptoms this is likely to either be trapped wind or you have cracked or bruised your rib!. If this pain continues then see a Dr who will be able to determine this via x-ray!. Continue with pain killers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be a pulled muscle, but usually a pulled chest muscle will cause pain on the left or right side of the chest during a breath ie; pulled muscle on the left = pain on the right & vice versa!. A prescribed muscle relaxer will help not pain meds!. Pleurasy from dehydration could be a cause but i strongly recommend you SEE A DOCTOR before you run again!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be something as simple as a rib or vertebra that's a little out of alignment; other the other hand, it could be a malignant carcinoma!. You won't know unless you get it checked out!. Try an osteopathic physician--they're like MDs but they also have training in putting your bones back in place!. They'll be able to determine whether your problem is musculoskeletal (very common) or something dangerous (unlikely but best to discover and treat early)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To the doctor with you Agonizong chest pain is never normal and pain meds are only masking the symptoms Unless you have been in training for the run for life, would not do without a physicalWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've had this twice in my life!. Never diagnosed as anything in particular but it it seems to be about pulled muscles in the chest!. It hurts, but it will pass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be trapped wind, if it has not gone by sunday its time to see your doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
