Question: I'm a 21 year old and when I wake up in the morning I am EXTREMELY tired!.!?
It has gotten to the point where I feel like my head is in a fog, I cant think, and I feel very dizzy ALL throughout the day!. I go to bed at like 10:30-11pm and then wake up around 8:30am!. Once I wake up in the morning I can absolutely not go back to sleep to even try to rest myself more!. I think I am waking up several times in the night but I am not sure!. Does anybody have any suggesstions!?

I had the same problem!. I'm also 21 and every morning I'd wake up feeling like I didn't get enough sleep, although I felt like I slept a whole night's sleep!. I went to my doctor with my symptoms, and she ordered a sleep study for me!. The study revealed that I have sleep apnea, meaning I stop breathing during the night for a few seconds, causing me to wake up!. Most times I don't know that I am awake, it's just my brain coming out of deep sleep!. The reason you feel so tired is because you never achieve a good night's rest because you're constantly waking up because you stop breathing!. There are several different treatments for sleep apnea, including having your adenoids removed, or wearing a mask each night!. I suggest going to your doctor to see what's up!.

Do some stretches to start the blood circulating when you wake up!. When the blood doesn't circulate enough, you're brain doesn't get enough blood to function well!. I had that too starting from like 18 when i stopped doing sports!. Now i do some yoga exercises to start my day and i feel very good :-)

Hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
