Question: Can someone explain to me sunblock lotion!?
I mean say i have SPF 30 and i go outside for about an hour a day with it on!. Will it totally stop me from tanning!? because i want to tan!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Some people told me sunblock only blocks the harmful rays but will give you a better natural tan!. Can someone explain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

SPF is based on how long it normally takes you to start burning!. So an SPF 2 will let you stay in the sun twice as long without starting to burn!. Say you normally burn after 1 hour!.!.!.!.with SPF 2 you won't start burning for 2 hours!. An SPF 30 shouldn't allow any tan at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
