What would you do if you had to go tomorrow to get a penicillin shot!?!? Man I hear those hurt like crap!. !. !. ever had one!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your getting a penicillin injection, you must have strep!. The injection will most definitley help you feel better!. But, while your there ask the doctor about alternative methods of recieving the penicillin!. There is an oral penicillin available now!. If not, the most you will feel is just the medicine itself in a tight spot (your butt)!. After your done, make sure to stay ambulatory for a while and dont let it get stiff on you!. You can even roll a tennis ball over the injection site!. Dont sweat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well im not going to lie and say that it doesnt hurt because they kind of sting for a little but there really not that bad!. it depends on everyone because we are all different!. what helps though is if you tell them to pinch the area while they put the shot in!. I figured this out when i had allergies shots and it works on every shot even penicillin!. do it in your opposite arm that you write with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used to have one every other year cuz I kept getting pneumonia!. Sometimes they hurt a teeny bit and other times not at all!. Must be the person who gave them that made a difference!. I got my shot in the hip though!. Never hurt enough that I ever dreaded having to get one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I had a few and they hurt but not dat much so just try not to concentrate too much onthem and try to think of somethin you lik!. hope it helps!.
