i am 22yrz old!.!.!.!.73kg!.!.!.5!.6"ht!.!.!.
there is no weight loss!.!.!.
no cough!.!.!.
no soar throat!.!.!.!.
no nausia!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
no depression!.!.!.!.!.(i broke up with my guy m a littlr upset with it!.!.!.if not everything is fine)
no rashes!.!.!.!.!.!.but hav pimples on my face!.!.!.!.
i hav body temperature!.!.!.!.but whn i check with the thermometer its normal!.!.!.!.as winter is started in the place where i live may b i hav this rise in tempreture!.!.!.!.
i have headache only when i am expossed to sun!.!.!.!.
i am working out to loose weight at gym since 3 months!.!.!.!.and i do hav cramps when i workout a little more than i usually do!.!.!.!.
i drank 1lt of water with lime and honey every morning and night for 3dayz at a stretch in 2 weeks to loose weight which leads to diarrhea!.!.!.!.and it lasted for just a day!.!.!.!.!.
i have been playing games in my college after many months so i hav cramps!.!.!.!.
except these everything is fine!.!.!.!.!.

if your in doubt get yourself checked out,i personally dont think you have the symptoms,the symptoms to look out for is,legions on your skin,very low immune system meaning you catch cols coughs etc very quickyly!.!.just get yourself checked out only way to know eh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd say you sound like a normal, healthy person!. But as HIV/Aids initially has no symptoms, go and get tested if you are worried!. You sound like you are!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

AIDS is the last stage!. And the first stage is called the asympotomatic stage, where you won't have any symptoms of HIV n ull luk normal,but at this stage HIV may be present in the body, this can be detected only after 3mnths, after 3months if you start with symptoms of the opportunistic diseases like ( TB, diahorrea, excess weight loss, fever, pneumonia etc) thats when one knows he /she has HIV, this is called the symptomatic stage!. Thus if u ve doubt get a HIV test done but don't be happy if the result is negative go again after 3months then if it is negative again then be happy!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its best to check your doctor, they can check you up!. Even if it does not feel comfortable to do so, it is the best solution!.
However, keep exercising and maintain your health!. also, cramps can be caused by cold, overexertion or not enough calcium!.
And, Always drink warm fluids, cold fluids are bad for your body!.
At the Gym, do not go too hardcore haha maybe tune down a level!?
As for an headache in the sun, it may be the heat that causes the headaches!. You might say, you don't get headaches when heater is on, thats because your body can adjust to the heat while the room heats up!.
